Based in Decatur, AL, OSS is a 100% Woman Owned Small Business as certified by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council. Our founder and president is Mrs. Melissa M. O'Sullivan.
Mrs. O'Sullivan started OSS in response to concerns over the increasing number of foreign entities who were purchasing U.S. based security companies. We offer an alternative domestic security choice to our clients. We provide our public and private clients with highly dependable, in-depth, and professional security services. Melissa O'Sullivan has had a long and distinguished career in corporate security with several nationally recognized companies. Since 1987, Melissa has provided account acquisition, quality control, and customer support for security contracts throughout the Southeast.
For many years Mrs. O'Sullivan has been active in national security organizations such as ASIS International. She is a former chapter president of the Huntsville, AL chapter of ASIS, and she is also a past assistant vice-president of the organization. Melissa continues to be active in the work of ASIS as a member and as a volunteer.
